  • Where are you based?
    We are located in Bansktown, NSW, 2200.
  • What is your minimum order requirement?
    For all fondant cookies, our minimum order requirement is 24 cookies. All dessert cups and cupcakes have a minimum order requirement of 1 dozen per flavour and are sold by the dozen.
  • Do you offer delivery?
    Delivery may be available for a fee depending on location. Please contact us for a quote.
  • Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
    All our desserts are made in the same kitchen where nuts, gluten and dairy are present. Due to this, The Sugar Chest does not offer any DF, GF or NF desserts.
  • Are all your cakes buttercream?
    Yes! All The Sugar Chest cakes are filled and covered using a delicious Swiss meringue buttercream. We do not make any fondant covered cakes, sorry!
  • Do you bake from scratch?
    We sure do! Everything is made by us, using the best quality ingredients we can get our hands on.
  • Do I have to pay now?
    You will have the option of locking in your order with either a 50% deposit or full payment. Our availability on your desired date is not secured until a deposit is received. All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
